Q.01 How much does this cost?
Same modern stack and quality bar agencies use, mid-freelancer pricing. National agencies typically start at $5,000+ and run 6+ weeks. Hourly freelancers often bill $2,500+ over a month. I aim to come in faster than either, at a price that lands between them.

Q.02 Why no WordPress?
WordPress is mass-produced software with plugins stacked on top. Slow. Plugin-dependent. Breaks at 2 AM when something auto-updates. I write the actual code. Loads faster. Ranks better. Stays secure. ~95 Lighthouse average across every page I ship. No plugins to babysit, no "the dashboard is broken again" calls.
Q.03 Do you maintain it after?
Yes. Monthly plans starting at $75/mo. Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security patches, content edits. The site stays alive, the phone number stays the same, the person who built it is the person who maintains it. No "ticket has been escalated" emails.
Q.04 What if I don't have content yet?
I do most of the lift. Usually 80/20 your way. Step one is a 2-page questionnaire. Business, audience, services, goals, content you have, content you need. One-tap download, fill it out, ship it back. Completed questionnaire is required before the first meeting. Keeps the consult sharp. No photos or copy yet? Note it on the form. I can shoot the photos and draft the copy, you edit.
Q.05 How are you this fast?
Modern stack (Astro, React, Flutter) and AI tooling I built myself. Demiurge is a memory engine that remembers every project's patterns and decisions, so I'm not relearning the same lessons on each new build. Three of my live products are AI: StainSlayer does vision AI stain analysis, live on App Store and Play Store. Baseline runs multi-model political intelligence across 4 providers. MyKonos is an AI companion running on Demiurge. The code is mine. The speed is real.
