Each card shows two measurements, read fresh from the client's live site within a moment of opening (the last known numbers show first). Lighthouse is Google's own test, 0 to 100 each for speed, accessibility, search readiness and best practices, on mobile, the harder test. Mozilla Observatory grades a site's security headers, A+ at the top; it is a header check, not a full security test. If a score drops on a client site I built, you'll see it here.
Rebuild of a Coos Bay property manager off WordPress: 50 bilingual pages, English and Spanish. Rentals live from AppFolio with town, bedroom and rent filters; 16 subsidized communities in 14 towns, each with its own page; their applications online, encrypted in the applicant’s browser and opened only in a back office the staff signs in to; all eight of the old forms rebuilt; and all 80 old addresses redirected to their new pages. Built in 13 business days.
Result
Live on its own domain since 2026-10-27, on the client’s own Cloudflare account. Mozilla Observatory A+ (the old site measured D-), and Lighthouse and the security grade measured live on the wall.

Full site for a Bandon surveying-equipment dealer shipping nationwide. New and used GNSS, total stations, data collectors and Carlson software, plus a rental fleet, brochure library, repair and training pages, and a quote request form. 42 pages against a 32-page contract.

Live and mobile-first. Mozilla Observatory A+, re-verified against the live domain on 2026-09-11, with the grade and Lighthouse both measured live on the wall.

New site for a Coos Bay painting and residential-rehab company, built in place of a coming-soon page: 20 pages, twelve of them service pages, an estimate request form that reaches the office inbox, and the company’s own job photos. Every one of the 65 addresses the old domain still listed lands on its new page in one redirect.

Live on its own domain since 2026-10-19, on the client’s own Cloudflare account. The home and services pages paint themselves in as you scroll and show the finished page at once with reduced motion. Lighthouse and the security grade are measured live on the wall.

Real estate site for a Bandon brokerage. Listings pull straight from the RMLS feed, so the page shows current inventory with no third-party IDX widget. Map, search, and dunes-distance context built in.

Site for a Bandon golf service, first version built in one business day: a homepage plus an events page. Club fitting, PGA-certified instruction, caddy referrals, local tee times and all-inclusive golf trips, with a click-to-call header and a sharecard built for the group text.

Single-page site for a Bandon VIP private chef service: four-course menus to taste, locally sourced ingredients, pricing, and a seasonal event package she can switch on or off herself in the Winters Code client editor.

Snap the room and say what's changing. Chere' draws three options from the
photo and prices the job from the one your customer picks. Every measurement
it read off the picture is marked for you to check, and nothing goes to the
customer until you say yes. They see the before and after, accept from a
link, and the deposit invoice goes out through Square.
It runs the office at SeaBreeze. A bid that took two of us a full day now takes about an hour.
